Kongo, starting its career as a battlecruiser, was turned into a high-speed battleship
after 2 rounds of renovations.

This was the only battleship of IJN that had been manufactured outside of Japan, and
also the only to be sunk by a submarine attack.

The first edition of this model comes with the special features of brass main gun barrels,
all 8 of them, and figures of the Imperial Japanese Navy crews, all 350 of them!!
