Does it come with two different bases? Base on the photos, I saw two bases, one without the cartoon, another one with the cartoon.

@Jo There is one base, but with two separate inserts. One has no character on it the otherhas her brother on it. You can swap them out since the base is two pieces that snap together.

So kawaii... I love that Kotobukiya decided to opt for a high spirited depiction of Kirino, and they captured her likeness quite well. Strangely enough, her skirt can be hoisted and lowered just below the navel a bit. Strange, I suppose this was done to aid in removing the packaging plastic that was shoved in her clothes o_o . That aside, the figure itself is solidly sculpted and the paint job is very accurate.
