- Bandai really challenged itself with this kit- just one year after releasing the MG Full Armor Unicorn Gundam Ver.Ka, they’ve translated the classic v Gundam into a Ver.Ka!
- Three years before the Unicorn Gundam tested its mettle against the Sinanju, the v Gundam, piloted by Amuro Ray, dueled Char’s mighty Sazabi! Realized as a highly detailed kit, this v Gundam was redesigned by Mr. Hajime Katoki, and features a streamlined, powerful shape, transforming Psycho Frame, fully jointed manipulators and a full set of marking decals- expect this to be a beautiful kit!

- Accessories: Beam Rifle, Shield, Beam Saber (large), Beam Saber (small),
Fin Funnel x6
Item Size/Weight : 39.2 x 31.3 x 11 cm / 1163g

eh .... Ver. KA...!!!
2:Kuru: 2012/08/27 12:27:43
i'm hoping there aren't any loose joints especially in the funnels..... :D
3:Sinanju: 2012/08/27 14:25:36
@Kuru: so the previous MG Nu Gundam has that loose problem? I haven`t bought it yet. I hope Ver.Ka is better and Bandai release Sazabi in Ver.Ka as well:)
4:Kincad: 2012/08/27 21:11:59
Victory was the worst ver. katoki they ever made since it has very bad joint structure.
5:mint: 2012/09/03 19:47:56
what is the difference of it from the original version of the Nu?
6:natsu67801: 2012/09/04 13:17:14
Okay... this is going to be, for me at least, a test of where Bandai will be going with their MGs from now on. I'm assuming that they'll be making an entirely new frame (I don't see why they'd rehash the 1.0's frame-it was good, but not as good as the new stuff) that probably won't be influenced mechanics-wise by anything else. I have a hunch that they may reuse the ideas for the Seed-X frame for this (how the joints work), but
7:natsu67801: 2012/09/04 13:17:39
hopefully they'll do what they did with the 00 Gundam for the hands (1 pair of Wing/Victory/Seed hands, and 1 pair of normal MG hands), only make the normal MG hands 2.0-esque. Also, they had better take a leaf out of MG Hi-Nu's book and give it an awesome stand for the suit and the funnels. Of course, they should be beyond stickers (save for eyes and cameras). This may be asking a bit much, but I'd like to see a blend of MG AGE and (new) MG Seed frame technology.
8:natsu67801: 2012/09/04 13:17:51
Both of those series have flaws in their frames, but if Bandai blended them and threw in a few minor improvements, like the hands and stand, this could be the most freakin' amazing Master Grade ever.

omg i need a new pg, bandai usually makes pgs once a year right well its been two years god damn it ? There probably not thinking about a pg right now because the strike freedom and astray red frame were released on the same year. But having a new ver ka is a good thing
10:kabanya: 2012/09/27 17:50:56
@no name: well i think bandai is holding off on PGs since 00 raiser ruined them and strike freedom did somewhat of an ok job in sells. also bandai is probably taking the time to revise and develop a PG that people would want to buy, and developing a PG takes lots of time. I read somewhere that bandai wants to span out the release of PGs, something like a few years in between each PG release.
11:natsu67801: 2012/10/11 11:56:58
NEW NEWS GUYS. Somebody posted pics of the kit-IT LOOKS AWESOME. From the look of it, it has PG-1/100 hands (or at least 2.0). The frame looks gorgeous-much better than I could have ever dreamed of. It has a stand, to say the least-one that puts the Hi-Nu's to shame. I'd include the pictures, but I don't know if the source is OK with it. I'll check up on that and hopefully get back to the thread. CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS GUY.
12:Kincad: 2012/10/11 17:30:10
Damn this revised Nu Gundam looks amazing and I can assume now that the led units are popular enough to sell as an add-on being 400-600 yen for a set of 2. I hope it comes with those arms to "float" the funnels.
13:natsu67801: 2012/10/11 23:39:01
Yeah it would suck if it didn't have those. I'm loving how complex the frame looks-nothing like the MG AGE Kits who have that block-build system with minimal parts. Even the new MG Seed kits are looking simpler than some of the older ones...but this looks plain gorgeous.
14:No Name: 2012/10/12 23:33:59
finally a Mg with his hands by PG and beyond. From the pictures is wonderful
15:natsu67801: 2012/10/14 0:38:03
This is looking plain gorgeous. I can't wait for it.
16:Kamille: 2012/10/14 0:58:21
I can't wait for this. This is definitely gonna be my Christmas present to myself. It'll go nicely with my EFSF Action Base
17:teehee+: 2012/10/16 13:05:49
omg its as much as the oo raiser but its worth it i guess since its a ver ka
18:Marc: 2012/12/09 12:21:47
Apparently, the stand and holding arms will be sold in a seperated kit, plus 6 extra fin funnels... dam... Q.Q
19:natsu67801: 2012/12/10 12:27:54
Damn you Bandai, you're making me raise ~$10 more :'( damn it this looks so beautiful
20:Cruel Fate: 2012/12/16 17:17:18
@Sinanju: they will. Last June/May i saw a large poster of MG Nu ver Ka and MG Sazabi ver Ka. You can check it by google searching MG Sazabi ver Ka. You'll surprise what you'll get :)

So I just finished putting the kit together. The Funnels CAN'T even hold themselves together. Even when they barely connect to each other and I finally placed them on the gundam. It basically flaps forward due to the weight. and the funnel falls off anyway. As of this moment, I can only put 3 funnels on the back of the gundam, and place the other 3 on the stands. Otherwise the funnels can't hold their own weight when I put more than 3 funnels together. Anyone else having this problem?
23:RXLexus: 2013/04/16 10:40:56 still in the building process....i let u know when im done....whats left is the bazooka and funnel...
24:riou06: 2013/09/20 18:09:12
This is by far, the best engineered Master Grade Gundam ever.
25:hangya: 2014/04/23 0:08:27
I hope they make hi nu gundam ver.ka or an MG version of Nightingale
26:Kincaid: 2014/05/31 2:24:41
@hangya, Nightingale is coming on the new line of Gunpla something like RE also there will be a Gundam MK-III and GP-04(before Zeon mods).
27:No Name: 2016/09/19 14:17:00
Funnels suck at holding together. The silver stickers under the psycho frame almost made me quit. Use a zacto blade to line them up. Awesome final product though, the water slide decals are perfect too. Just know that this is much harder to build than the sazabi and if you can't decide which one to buy, get Sazabi ver ka.
