10000yen is rather reasonable for a garage kit (unassembled kit), so you shouldn't make such negative comment without proper knowledge of the market value.

Not sure if the image represents the true product, because if so,
the QA is really lacking and it shows. Look at those eyes, they look
like some grade-schooler created them.
