Is this really Mitsui Hisashi? It doesn't looks like him at all. I thought it was a different character.

Yep, i think he looks like bootleg mitsui or something. But then I do a little bit searching, I think they're using anime mitsui as a model. He looks like that in some of the anime pictures that I saw.
