San is right. I've never really thought about it when I get into a discussion about people who complain about the price and/or how the figures look. There are garage kits that are either more faithful or can be articulated (somewhat) into a more aesthetically pleasing pose. But you still need to paint the figure and if you mess up, well, there goes that money. Also, if you find cheap stuff, more than likely it's a Taiwanese/Chinese bootleg.
