Hey folks. Roku here. I saw this at a certain large-scale shop, and I made a compulsive purchase. [Shining Blade]  One of the original series by Atelier Sai. Of course, it was a bulk purchase (1 box). I managed to get them all in one box, something tells me these have been rigged...not that I'm complaining. Anyway, I had a play with it right away. Cloud Nine  I don't know the plot for it, but Cloud Nine kinda seems like the main character. He wields a Double Edged Large Sword. I'm don't think I'm the only one who thought of Bastole when they saw this. Grand...  ...Breaker! I urge you to be careful when handling each parts, as the are very sharp. You will end up with a sore hand. It's sharp enough to easily to open the plastic bag it comes in. (It's not very safe, so please don't try) Gamma Ray  Next is the Gamma Ray, seems like the rival. Wields a saber like one-handed sword. Rising...  ...Slash! The gauntlet looking thing on the arm is detachable. You can stick it on others, or stick it in other grooves. Shining Blade has highly compatible figures, so you can swap equipments to your liking. That's right, just like Zoid Blocks... Lord Burial  Now this one seems like a the bad guy, Lord Burial. Wielding a decorated scythe, the decoration could be taken as a goddess or a devil. Dead...  ...End! ...don't end my life, k? With high mobility, you can make a wide variety of poses. We've used a stand base for taking photos, but it can stand without it too. Grave Digger  hmmmm I'm not sure, it could be an enemy or an ally... heres Grave Digger anyway. Wields a mace (a club), may be he is a monk? Hard...  ...Breaker! Other than the normal colors introduced, there are also alternate colored Imperial Version too. I think you can (probably) get each color of all types in one box, but don't quote me on that, I could have just been lucky. Imperial Color version Cloud Nine  I think there was a similar case before...where I made a pose and the result turns out a little sad. It can be given a better pose, just so you know. Take a look at Atelier Sai's official website for ideas. And then come to us to make a purcha... In conclusion: -Very sharp and pointy -Equipments can be swapped and changed -Roku isn't so hot at making poses Could someone send us a nice product image for this...? While I write, I googled Shining Blade a little, and there were quite a number of blogs in the search result. And they all had cool poses or modified and stuff, it's a little embarrassing to upload this post. I thought of giving up, but I will upload it as it is By ROKU, who fully intend to make purchase as soon as the 3rd comes out. |
