The 32nd Railway Model Show 2010 Report [Micro Ace - JNR]

Good evening, Kapinozuka here.
The annual Railway Model Show 2010 Report, this time we will look at the MicroAce booth with many prototype products displayed.

There were very many of them, so let's start with the JNR first.


♦DD53-1 Snow-plow Locomotive `Shinjo Rail yard` (2-Car Set)

The Car No.01 that had been transferred several times, from Niigata → Asahigawa → Shinjo. The item displayed was pre-painted sample.

♦DD53-2 Snow-plow Locomotive `Improved ` (2-Car Set)

The rotary head differs to that of Car No.01.
This was also pre-painted sample. Apparently was used for the towing of "Banetsu Monogatari" too.

♦JNR Series 101 Akabane Line Canary Yellow (8-Car Set)

Forming a part of the Saikyo Line, the Akabane Line. The JNR era has been reproduced.
The displayed sample had the Labor Movement Slogan (included sticker) already attached.

♦JNR Type Taki40000 Narita Airport Fuel Transport Train (10-Car set)

By combining the fuel tank cars and staff cabin car combined makes a 10-Car Formation Set.
The sample was uncolored.

♦Kumoyuni74 + Kumoyu141 Shonan Color Tokaido Line (2-Car Set)

The 2car set of Kumoyuni (Postal Freight Train) and Kumoyu (Postal Service Train).
The Kumoyu was the train owned by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and had air conditioner equipped in the Post Sorting Room.

♦JNR Express Tokaido Line 347M `Ogaki Night Train` (Basic 8-Car Set/Add-On 4-Car Set)

The set reproducing the "Ogaki Night Train" of the Tokaido Line.
This train is the roots of the current midnight express "Moonlight Nagara"

♦JNR DD54-16 3rd Generation Type Initial Appearance

The un-colored sample of the DD54.
Pay attention to the characteristic form of the head, and the side grills on the surface of the sides.

♦JNR DD54-2 1st Generation Type after Air Filter Handrail Extension

The same DD54, after it's transformation.
This was also an uncolored sample.

♦JNR EF65-530 Express Color Express train with sleeping berths [Fuji] Towing Equipment

The Type EF65 Car No. 530 painted with the coloring for the Blue Train.
Let's make the tow the sleeper express "Fuji".

♦JNR Series 24 Type 24 Sleeper Passenger Car Express [Fuji]

The Sleeper Express Train "Fuji" itself!
The Kani 24 (left of image) is equipped with the sound system, first of Micro Ace models to have this. However, it wasn't running at the event, so I still don't know what it will sound like.

♦C56-91 Yoshimatsu Engine Depot Imperial Car

The TypeC56 Car No.91, designated to tow the Imperial train.
We can see the gorgeous accessories attached.

♦C56-92 Miyazaki Engine Depot Imperial Car

The Car No.92 is also a Imperial train tower.
The beautiful accessories all over the train have been produced.
