Good evening, Kapinozuka here.
The annual Railway Model Show 2010 Report, we will be returning to the MicroAce booth again.
As there were very many products, I've divided the article, and this time we will be looking at the JR items.
♦
Kiha48 Resort Shirakami Debut `Aoike Formation` (4-Car Set)
Active in the Gono Line, the "Resort Shikarami" Aoike formation has its body colored in bule and white. As the windows are large, it seems they've put in quite some effort into the reproduction of
seats too.
♦
Kiha48 Resort Shirakami Kumagera Formation (3-Car Set)
And here is the Kumagera Formation.
It's painted with warm colors.
♦
Series 417 Tohoku Area Color Cooling Preparation Car (3-Car Set)
The series 417 had been given the air conditioner customization around the period with the change to Tohoku Area coloring.
This model has reproduced the formation with the coloring changed, before the air conditioner was installed.

The familiarized trains in the Kanto region, this is one of the color variations of series 183 and 189. The Ayano was given the coloring similar to Spacia, as it can ride onto the Tobu Railway.
♦Series 485 Katsuta Electric Train District K40 Formation New Coloring (4-Car Set)
Positioned in the Katsuta Train Center, actively used as the temporary train K40 formation.
This is a limited edition item exclusive for the JAM Event this year.

Series 207-900 `Thanks Series 207 Trip` (10-Car Set)
The Series 207 No.900~ that had continued to make round trips between Joban Line (Local) and Metro Chiyoda Line.
This model reproduced the last moments of it running as the temp. train "Arigato Series 207 Journey".
Here is a close-up image, the destination plate says "Group".
It was probably the first and last time it was to sport the plate, and that has been pre-printed.
♦
Series 103-0/1000 Joban Line Emerald Green (Basic 6-Car Set/Add-on 4-Car Set)
The Joban Line (Express) series 103 in emrald green coloring. Ah, how nostalgic.
This set includes the generic no. 0~ and the no.1000~ that rode onto the ex-Chiyoda Line, which reproduces a mixed formation.
♦
Series 103-0/1000 Joban Line Emerald Green (5-Car Set)
By the combination of Basic set and Add-on set, you can reproduce the basic 10-Car formation, but with the addition of this associate 5-car set, you will be able to complete the full 15-car
formation.
♦
Series 103 Musashino Line Orange Custom Product (8-Car Set)
The series103 used on the Musashino Line consisted of old cars from other lines gathered together, thus each car had different customization history, and each formation had different
characteristics.
And this is one of them. Let's enjoy the fine difference!
♦
Series 119 Suruga Shuttle Color (Tokaido Main Line) (4-Car Set)
This reproduced the series 119 originally designed for the Iida Line, but was selected for use on the Tokaido Line's "Suruga Shuttle".
You could think of it as being positioned in the mountain ranges, yet get sent to work on land.
♦
Series 119 JR Central Test Color (Iida Line)
The appearance of the car with test coloring of the JR Tokai, as they were working on a new coloring had been reproduced.
The coloring differs from the current coloring.
♦
Series 119-5000 J.N.R. Revival Color (Iida Line) (2-Car Set)
The revival formation that had its coloring repainted as the JNR period coloring last year has been reproduced.
Apparently this coloring was designed under the idea of the Tenryu River, the river of heavenly dragon.
♦
Series Kiya95 `Doctor Tokai` DR1 Formation `Improved ` (3-Car Set)
This is the "Dr.Tokai", a total rail examination car of the JR Tokai.
The formation of the customized DR1 with the coloring of the later created DR2 formation had been reproduced.
♦

Another Dr. Tokai. The minor difference between the previous DR1 formation had been reproduced accordingly. There is more detail about the Dr. Tokai in the
blog article of 15/03/2010, so feel free to have a browse if you are interested.
♦
Kiha71 `Yufuin no Mori` (The Forest of Yufuin) (4-Car Set)
Kyushu has many characteristic, yet stylish trains, and this "Forest of Yufuin" is a fine example.
This was an item of competition between Tomix, but they both are great models, it would be difficult to say which is better.
♦
Series 485 Limited Express `Kirishima` Green Color (3-Car Set)
This is another limited express by the JR Kyushu, and the feature of this train is the green based coloring instead of the usual red. The image is slightly off focus, but the details such as the
logo on the car body are sure worth checking out.
That was a quick intro of the new items, how was it?
