BIG CAKE:...errr contact customer support, duh. y the heck would you post this on the product review????
Good Smile Company hasn't been the best with quality control these days, it is very much a shame. tho in saying that, they do produce so many of each item, there are bound to be a few bad apples out of the lot.
Anyway, contact support and wait a while, thats what you should do.
