REVISION: HOBBY SEARCH shipping costs

In order to adapt to the increasing number of shipments, our shipping procedure has been partly automated, and we have accordingly revised our system of shipping costs as follows: BEFORE: The shipping cost is determined by the Japan Post Office based upon the EMS chart and notified to the customer AFTER the or der has been shipped. The shipping cost is the same as the actual EMS cost.

AFTER: The shipping cost of already-released items is automatically calculated and notified to the customer BEFORE the order is placed. Note, however, that the new shipping cost on the BILL OF PAYMENT can be different from the actual EMS cost on the EMS label.

* Please note that the shipping cost of pre-ordered items is not yet determined, since it is impossible to     predict the weights of pre-order items. * Thus the shipping cost of pre-order items is notified to the customer AFTER the order has been shipped.

REVISION: ADTANTAGES OF NEW SYSTEM

You can know the shipping cost of already-released items before you place an order. Of course, you can save your judgment before you place an order. Also, items can be shipped more quickly.

REVISION: DISADVANTAGES OF NEW SYSTEM

Due to errors in the total weight of the package, there can be cases in which the HOBBY SEARCH shipping cost, which is charged to you, is more expensive than the actual EMS cost. (Of course, there can be some cases in which the HOBBY SEARCH shipping cost is less expensive than the actual EMS cost.)
