Please use the Service for Posting Images and Reviews (hereinafter "this service") after reading, understanding and agreeing to the Terms and
Conditions for this service. HOBBY SEARCH (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our") provides no guarantee of accuracy, timeliness or usefulness of the
posted contents.
We shall not be liable for compensation or damages of any kind whatsoever that are incurred by the posted contents or by the users of this service.
Acquired Information
In this service, we keep record of the name and IP address of the remote host of the user, in addition to the information the user is asked to enter
when posting their reviews and/or images via this service.
Generally, we do not utilize the recorded information on the remote host, but we may offer the acquired information to the police, to the user's
Internet provider or to other relevant organizations in case a malicious use is made of this service.
Rights to the Posted Images
The user posting images via this service is considered to guarantee to us that the posting of the image(s) does not constitute infringement on third
party rights.
In the event of conflict with a third party, the user concerned is obliged to incur all the responsibility and costs for the resolution of the conflict.
Postings to be Deleted
In this service, we may delete without advance notice such postings as may be considered to contain one or more of the following contents.
We make the decision as to which postings should be deleted, and the decision-making process is not to be disclosed. Also, note that postings
that are deleted cannot be recovered.
- Contents intended for profit and/or advertising. Reviews referring to our competing retailers should also be considered inappropriate and
thus be deleted.
- Images of castoff PVC figures with the removable parts removed.
- Contents including programs or scripts that may be considered harmful or malicious, such as computer viruses.
- Contents that are identical with or highly similar to pre-existing contents.
- Contents that slander others.
- Contents that infringe on the privacy of others.
- Contents that may be considered to be obscene, brutal, abetting crimes or offensive to public order and morals.
- Contents that may be considered to be a hindrance to this service or to our business in general.
- Contents that may be considered to be against the spirit of this service.
- Contents that may be considered to be against Japanese laws or social rules.
- Contents that are considered to be inappropriate by us.
