FRAULEIN REVOLTECH Makinami Mari Illustrious Old Type Plug Suit (It's Moving!)
Hey there everyone, this is Tominon.
Do you ever wonder what LCL smells like? Because I sure would like to know.
Mari said it smelled good and stuff, so I'm really curious. Hopefully they'll release Evangelion Deodorant -Scent of Fresh LCL- or something some day.

Anyways, let's take a look at today's figure, the FRAULEIN REVOLTECH Makinami Mari Illustrious Old Type Plug Suit!
This is the fourth in the Fraulein Revoltech Evangelion Rebuild series.

In case you were wondering, Fraulein means something like "little miss" in German!
(...which I just found out today. Thanks Wikipedia!)
They were able to give her this slender body by putting her shoulder and hip joints inside.

She may be small, but that doesn't mean they slacked on any details!
The best part of figures is that you can stare at everything from any angle for as long as you like.
That's what I was doing, when I noticed something.

This clearly visible line down her butt!
Skintight, thanks to the plug suit! Brilliant!

But just because I might have been paying more attention to these things, there are lots of other places to look at for details.
Let's check some out.

From the side.

So cute even without the stand.
It's hard to believe there are a total of 21 joints in this figure.
You can twist and turn her trademark hair too!

Included accessory parts.
Various hand parts, a face, stand, and the helmet used in the second Rebuild movie's opening scene!

Here's what she looks like with it on.
The helmet splits into two, into which you can insert the face part.
The visor parts can be switched out to have them either open or closed, too!

You can even have Mari hold it if you attach the belt part.
With some figures, their arms droop or even fall out under the weight of things like this, but the sturdy Revoltech joints hold securely (and are still easy to move around).

Her glasses use a clear material for the lenses.
Mari said the old type plug suit is tight on her. She looks a little bustier than Revoltech Rei or Asuka... Well, Kaiyodo? Do you know something we don't?

Another thing you can do is to use the face parts with the FRAULEIN REVOLTECH Makinami Mari Illustrious in the new type plug suit.
This pink plug suit is kind of angel-ish in design. Kind of like Kaoru, or something.
Is this foreshadowing something to come...?

A bit of fun with Mari.
Cute poses like this are no problem for Revoltechs! They move like you want and stop right in place, to realize any pose you think up.
(Krauser head not included.)

This hugging pose was no sweat either.
(Leek not included.)

And there you have it: Mari in the old type plug suit!
Revoltech Asuka in her Rebuild plug suit is coming in November too! Christmas comes early!

Well then, see you all next time!
