Anyways, today I'll be reviewing the quick witted
tsundere tundra heroine of
Bakemonogatari,
Senjyogahara Hitagi Good Smile Company Ver. that was just released on the 11th.
At long last!

This is a unique figure whose main view is actually the back!
The craftsmanship on the falling stationery, the overall balance, it's just a fantastic figure!
The colors on her clothes and hair are incredible!
It brings out such an impressive sense of shadows and lighting!
Good Smile Company said they put a lot of work into getting the purple just right.
The artwork the figure was based on!
This is probably a familiar piece, as it's the main artwork for the series.
Her cool tundra face, just like the artwork!
Looking at her from this angle she's looking at is an absolute must!
But this sculpt is perfect from any angle...
And now the other side!
She's actually got
weapons stationery in her front pocket too!
This is something that wasn't visible in the artwork!
They get bigger as you go lower for an interesting perspective effect.
But what's surprising is that all of this is
made up of four parts!
The sculpt must have been meticulously calculated and designed.
You can just feel the sculptor's tender loving care.
Even the marks on the rulers are correct! For times when you just can't find your ruler!(?)
Nothing is overlooked - her fingertips are finely sculpted and fingernails painted, sure to satisfy every finger fetishist.
Alternate parts let you have her skirt down.
This skirt's flowing-ness is really nice. Her hands hold staplers for this too.
There's no need to worry about breaking the stationery, and her fighting pose (?) matches her tundra face perfectly.
It's like two figures in one!
