I would say that they do not include cups. They are just there to show that they are glass markers for drinks, much like wine charms. It doesn't say if you get each figure in the set of 8 or if it's completely random and you'll get a surprise. Like mutiple of a same character. I would only pay $40 for this set of it included all 8 different figures.
