@KanadeFanBoy: She's actually from the "Fate/Grand Order" mobile game (although granted they did do a short OVA a while back), and as the description says, she's dressed like that only on a special Halloween equipment card.
That said, this is one of the coolest representations of Best Kouhai Mash, so even though I haven't bought that many figs myself lately this one is probably gonna end up on my shelf too.
