  its development in the 2004, has gone into commission in March 2009.
  Being the first aircraft carrier type to have a fully open deck as DDH, able to have
  multiple aircrafts operating at one time, greatly increasing its capability to deal with
  submarines, and also has high expectations for use in disaster relief operation, with
  its great flagship facilities. Also, the a standard load displacement of 13500t is the
  largest in the history of MSDF destroyer, gaining great attention from even those
  that aren't ship fans.
