- ED11 is made GE imported two-car in 1923. After use in the Tokaido and Yokosuka, then one both turned to the center line, Itō Line is used in replacement of the Hamamatsu factory, and the other one cars were moved to Seibu Railway.
- ED14 is made GE imports in 1926. And turned to success after the center line in the Tokaido and Yokosuka Line, it was used then at senzan line. Then it moved to Omi Railway, one both were enrolled in a temporary Seibu Railway.
