- The Antonov An-3 is a civilian multi-purpose and agricultural aircraft developed in the Soviet Union and later in Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
- The An-3 was developed as a successor or an advanced version of the An-2 by replacing the An-2's engine with a turboprop engine.
- In addition to the basic transport (An-3T), there are also types for cargo and passenger use (An-3TK), agricultural use (An-3SH), forest fire extinguishing (An-3P), and transport of the sick and injured.
- The aircraft is designed to transport passengers and cargo from unpaved airfields and is equipped with ski landing gear to operate on surfaces covered with up to 35 cm of snow.
