| Wave, Founded in 1983, released this FSS kit in 2011. I love Mamoru Nagano's armor-plates-over-skeleton mecha designs. Not an easy translation from anime to a scale model, let alone it was done by underdog Wave. Box art used photos of the painted kit. No-frill instructions. Some fitment problems. No poles & holes in some parts. Gluing was a challenge. Huge amount of recessed lines & markings. |
