I don't like to necro old topics, but your comment irritates me. The cost of
material, labor and artists (because no one wants to hire a subpar artist) have
gone up. You sound like an old man talking about the days when you could buy
a Big Mac for $0.50. So people should stop buying McD and they'll drop price?

Stop buying figures that is more than 100 US dollars and then they will drop the price .
A few years ago I used to pay 65 dollars per figure and today the average of the same scale 95 dollars plus if you are lucky .

She looks cool. Gotta decide the preorder. Would look nice with Alisa GE1 and GE2.

Selective ? This is torture , I knew i was getting her since i saw the proto . I wanted Yamato and Nagato as well but now I'm not sure i can make it for all 3. As for hoarders , I doubt they would complain since this means more profit for them when they sell on eb and amzn. Me likey so me buy but it's not like my money is falling off a tree in the backyard ...

tharja has a big base, her height is "shorten" due to her not standing straight, and the details is less than ciel but relatively higher than the average, plus the price is 10k vs 14k. not a good comparison.

the high price is mainly due to the gigantic weapon ciel is holding, which i dont think most ppl will appreciate, as we know, the girl is the main thing we want

1 - It's shorter than this one
2 - It has less clothes, requiring less detail, and overall would be "expensive"
according to the standards talked about here.

The figure stands at 9", which is typical of most 1/7 scale figures.
The value is in the detail in not just the character, but her weapon,
and the base, which, for most figures, are typically plain plastic
discs.

You people ought to just get a job or be more selective with your
purchases instead of "hoarding" them.

I've been looking forward to this... but the price is just.....a letdown. Not mentioning its 1/8 scale.

For that price, it should be resin.

That price is beyond absurd. GSC's inflation has really been ridiculous.
