- The Saab 21 is a fighter/attack aircraft developed by the Swedish company Saab.
- It has a twin-fuselage shape with propellers located at the rear of the fuselage.
- This allowed the armament to be concentrated at the front, resulting in an efficient armament arrangement.
- It made its first flight in 1943 equipped with a German DB605 engine and was delivered to units in 1945.
- Sweden was a neutral country, so the Saab 21 never took part in World War II.
- However, the Saab 21 was the only military aircraft deployed during World War II as a pusher propeller aircraft.
- The J21A-3 is a type used as an attack aircraft (bomber).
