-Abt-type electric locomotive for the Shinetsu Main Line Yokogawa-Karuizawa section, 14 locomotives manufactured at the Tetsudoin Omiya Factory since 1919.
-Apart from the current collecting shoes from the third rail, it was used until 1952 with a unique box-shaped gable body equipped with a pantograph.
- There is a driver's cab only on the Yokogawa side of Sakashita, and a resistor room is provided on the Karuizawa side so that it protrudes above the coupler.
- The unique form not found in other JNR-type electric machines is a small machine, but it has a strong presence.

- The model will be renewed for the second time.
- The power part of this product will be changed to a coreless motor specification.
- The adjustment is a little difficult, but you can enjoy the mechanical rod movement like a steam locomotive.
- As with the previous product, the pantograph comes with an all-metal PS11 that can be assembled.
