This kit is probably Tomy's most ambitious scale model kit to date. Beautifully designed see-through package. Factory-painted. Factory-applied decals. Factory-built inner frame needed sanding. Ton of parts on many spruces. Poly-caps joints. Clear instructions. Expect to spend some time on assembly. I airbrushed, touched up, weathered, sealed everything except clear parts.

Just got this figure in and I can say this is a must have for this price and quality! Goku looks amazing and is colored super well. He has a lot of weight to him so be careful to not drop him. The biggest downside to him is that he is looking down and cant be tilted up, so you have to put him higher up on a shelf or something so he can be eye level.

This robotic-female anatomy looks very well hot-sculpted in any angles... articulations are simple, very good and fun to play with poses. There are more of them with accesories with other upcoming figures. A perfect display at own table. I highly recommend owning this If you're a fan with love for female-mech/robots... She reminds me alot of purpled-hair Nabiki Tendo in a robot form. Just my imagination.

One of Kaiyodo, founded in 1964, lines of products is Revoltech. They've been putting out licensed figures modeled after anime, manga & tokusatsu (live-action tv/movies). The Laevatein is easily the prettiest Full Metal Panic figure with over a dozen of accessories & a basic stand. They put in an effort in painting: touching up & hiding nips (cut marks). Only minus is that I broke a left hand's joint. Too fragile.

Founded in 1950, Bandai has been producing toys among other things. The Robot Spirits Heavy Metal L-Gaim Mk-II is accurately crafted. Gigantic packaging. The build quality wasn't too good: average paint job & visible nips (cut marks). Pretty good articulation. Swapping out hands can be hard. Truck load of accessories. Land booster (jetpack) included. Stand adapters. No stand. The best part is the mecha can transform into a space ship.

Bandai got you covered in showing off & photographing your chogokins with the Soul Stage Act Soul of Chogokin. The stage is a very well made & sturdy item. All parts were factory colored in black & precut. The stage can accommodate a figure up to 15Wx18Dx27H in cm with the back wall removed. Subtract 2cm in depth with the wall installed. Plenty of details for painting & weathering. No, the Five Star Stories figure wasn't included.

Bandai nailed it with the Chogokin Aquarion Evol action figure. Almost. Top-notch packaging & accessories. No stand for figure, but 2 for Mugen Attack & Solar Wing. Above average paint job. Bottom heavy, thanks to the diecast part of the legs & torso. Swapping out hands is so hard that I broke one elbow cap. Some flimsy parts. Screws in joints. If you play this figure, you'll break it. If you pose it, it will be fine.

Bandai released the OVA version of Glasgow, Code Geass in the form of Robot Spirits. Professional engineering & packaging. Color molding. Factory-painted camouflage. Screws in joints. Smooth articulation. Excellent action figure. The only downsides are the arms that can't rotate except for the hands & the closed & shot-out chest Slash Harkens that fall off constantly. Otherwise, an authentic replication.

Producer Katsuhisa Yamaguchi realized the look & spirit of the original, possibly early TV version, mecha in Kaiyodo's Revoltech Getter 1 Renewal. As usual, professional clamshell packaging. Real model box art. 3 pairs of hands. 2 axes. A customizable cape with 4 pieces. This cape sets this figure apart from other figures without capes. 3 effect parts. An accessory box. A plain clear stand. Shiny but less than stellar paint job. Mechanical articulation. A nice addition to your shelf.

Bandai Robot Spirits Plan 1055 Burial is a faithful interpretation of the Full Metal Panic mecha. Professional packaging with clamshells protecting the figure, accessories & stand or action base. Japanese literature. Snap-fitting either of the 2 sets of hands & installing the large bow weapon. Smooth articulation. The figure looks stunning in an in-flight pose drawing the bow.

Bandai's Robot Spirits Vox Aura has a shinier paint job than the Revoltech version of the same figure. Top-bottom clamshells. Clear customizable stand. 4 pairs of hands. Clear detachable shield & sword. This Robot Spirits can't transform from robot to flyer modes, unlike the Revoltech version of the same figure. The figure has MUCH smoother articulation. Also, tiny screws in the joints. The figure is meant to be played with. It's a bit larger than the Revoltech version.

Sculptor Ooshima Yuuki deserves a raise & a six pack (beer) for Kaiyodo's Revoltech Optimus Prime Renewal. The figure is one of the best mecha in such a small package. Top-bottom clamshell package. Elegant box art. Hand or accessory box. Loads of weapons & hands. Near perfect paint job. Great articulation. The only minus would be the left leg. This model is incredibly detailed and perfectly manufactured. Model seems to be taken right from the show! One thing maybe I can't get right; is how to pose his feet correctly, model seems slightly limited on these parts. I can believe how incredible it is... it needs now to have the company of the rest! Recommended as well How Incredibly fast it was shipped to my country.

This Kaiyodo's Revoltech figure is quite small, factory-painted & built. Average paint job. Revoltech joints. Very good articulation. 1 extra right arm + hand, an assault rifle & a simple stand. If you're a casual fan of the series, get this. If you're a huge fan of the series, get a bigger or more expensive Revoltech + weapons.

One of Robot Spirits from Bandai is Queadluun-Rea. The package was spacious. Instructions were in Japanese. Accessories are few: Laser Pulse Gun & caps for Missile Launcher Pods on the kneels. Impact Cannons on the arms & chest. Wonderful articulation. Tiny screws in the joints implies the figure is to be played with. Paint job was ok. Accurately modeled. The opening cockpit + pilot is a nice touch.

This is Bandai's Shokugan line of factory built & painted toys. You can't compare them to any grades. Minimal details & engraved panel lines. I like the fact that it was already assembled & painted. However I washed, repainted, panel-lined & clear-coated everything. The factory didn't even paint the waist, some joints & of course all thrusters. The price is about the same as a high grade kit of the same model. Stand, missiles & weapons included.

One of the worst "dirty" job bandai did. They Painted only their displayed promo figure nicely but when people receive the product, it is extremely poorly done, like the eyes are not evenly painted, the paints bumps and many more. It even looks like a bootlegged figure which Bandai did. Research on it first if your thinking of buying. (Lucky i didnt trust Bandai anymore, as they really are getting bad to worst.)
