This is not a polish air force plane. This one belongs to the Cracow Flying Club in 1929.

Oh. Sorry. That plane was crashed, and it was a DKD-IV. In 12.1929 this number get a Fokker F-VII/3m belongs to the Polis Air lines "LOT". This plane was removed from evidence in 05.05.1936
