Product Description

Manual Turnout R490 corresponds to both DC (Direct Current 12V) and DCC (Digital Command Control) Train Operations with selectable `Power Routing` and `Non-Power Routing` modes.

`Power Routing` is ideal for DC Train Oparation.
`Power Routing` feature switches power in the direction the turnout is thrown, feeding the power to a train while eliminating the need for complicated wiring under DC setup.

`Non-Power Routing` is ideal for Spring Switch use and DCC Train Operation.
`Non-Power Routing` feature allows power to travel in both directions, regardless of turnout position. This feeds constant power to trains controlled with DCC decoders.

How to select `Power Routing` and `Non-Power Routing` modes.
The mode is selected by moving screw positions on the back of the turnout.
The Turnout is factory-set to `Power Routing.`
