[About the actual vehicle]
-The tank that gained the trust of German soldiers in World War II was the IV tank.
-Originally planned as a tank for infantry support, it was decided to continue to play an active role as a main tank throughout the Great War because of its large body size and the ability to adapt to the situation.
-There were many types of IV tanks due to the length of the production period.
-The F2 type is the first to have a long gun main gun.
-The main gun is a 43-caliber 75mm tank gun KwK40L / 43. It was a response to the demand of the front line that demanded high attack power against the Soviet T-34, KV-I, etc. that were to compete in the German-Soviet war.
-The body uses the F type that has been produced since 1941 with basic armor thickness increased.
-The long barrel KwK40L / 43 was installed there.
-175 cars were produced from March to July 1942.
-After that, the name was changed to G type, and more were produced as vehicles that play a part of the German main battle tank.
