This contains many of Haruhiko Mikimoto's later illustrations. For those who don't know, he was a very well known character designer in the '80's and later, most notably with "SDF Macross", "Macross: Do You Remember Love", and "Gunbuster: Aim for the Top!" None of those works are here, but you can see how his style evolved over the years afterwards, (cont.)

with the book's earliest illustrations reminiscent of his '80's style and technique, and gradually evolving towards a more refined and realistic style. Highly recommended for those who are fans of HM!
