Good volume of info, however (and this came as a bit of disappointment to me) half of it was devoted to interviews with creators and cast. I was hoping for more images of mecha and vehicles, but did not find much apart from what is already available online.

About already-released items, you can know the shipping cost at the order confirmation page before you place an order.
However, please note that the shipping cost of pre-order items is notified to the customer AFTER the order has been shipped since the shipping cost of pre-ordered items is not yet determined.
