--Wa 12000 is a one-stage link type, short-axle axle Wa 10000 improved version of the 10-ton double-axle boxcar.
From the beginning of production in 1956, a two-stage link type long-axle axle was adopted, and the maximum operating speed was 75km / h. In his later years, he wrapped a white belt and used it in various places as a substitute for distribution vehicles, but in 1984 all vehicles were scrapped and the model disappeared. Since the underfloor is extremely small, the KD type with the brake cylinder and air tank separated is adopted, and the side brake lever is also brought close to the end of the car.
