[Optional parts]

[Standard and main material of double cross point rail]
- The length is 500 mm (standard straight rail 250 L for 2 pieces), the width is 100 mm, and the distance between the double tracks is 55 mm.
- The track bed part is made of plastic, the rail is made of Western white (the cross part, the guard rail part is made of zinc die casting). (We use other electric parts.)

[Usage Notes]
(1) Always use [H 1402 point switch] for remote operation of double cross point rail. Please use direct current 12 V for the point operation power supply. (It will not operate with AC power supply.If the terminal output of power pack's accessory is AC, please insert [H 1403 point converter] between power pack and point switch and convert AC to DC before use. If you use the exchange as it is, it will damage the point machine.)
(2) When inserting and pulling the cord for the electric point, be sure to hold the connector and handle it.
(3) Use or storage in places where the temperature becomes high (direct sunlight, in the vicinity of the stove, etc.), in high humidity place, in places with many dust, give bad influence (deformation, malfunction etc.) to the model So, please do not absolutely.
(4) Do not lubricate. Also, please be careful that moisture, dirt, dust, glue, etc. do not enter the point. Failure to do so may result in malfunction of electric current or malfunction of operation.
(5) Do not place heavy objects on the rails. Also, please do not drop it or put excessive force on it. It may cause breakdown or damage.
(6) Magnet is used for the point drive section. Please do not bring a magnetic card etc. close to it. There is a risk of being unusable.
(7) The point is very delicate structure. Please do not disassemble unnecessarily. It may cause breakdown and damage. (The repair for damage / damage when disassembled by customer's convenience will be paid.In addition, depending on the degree of breakdown / damage, repair may not be possible.)
(8) Please use the New System Railway in a flat place as possible. If it is used in an intense place of unevenness, there are cases where troubles such as derailment of the train occur, or it may cause deformation or damage of the rail.
(9) When painting a rail or a trackbed, please be careful not to apply paint to the point drive unit or the point machine unit, or to get in. It may cause malfunction such as energization failure or malfunction.

[how to use]
(1) Double cross point is a point rail which is also called double crossover crossing (Seasus crossing), which can be used in various places by arrangement of railway layout, such as within the station premises, yards and switchbacks. The length is 500 mm (standard straight rail 250 L for 2 pieces), the distance between double tracks is 55 mm.
(2) The electric method is a full-load type (non-selection type = always energized type: system in which current always flows in all the lines irrespective of the opening direction of the point). In addition, it also has the function of spring point.
(3) Double cross point is electrically operated (point switching, point switch - sold separately - you can use remote control), but you can also switch manually. (When using the point switch, manual operation is not possible.In case of manual operation, please release power supply to the point switch.)
When using the point switch to perform switching operation, A and D, B and C will switch in conjunction. (One point switch and two connection codes are required for one pair of double cross points.)
(4) When switching by remote operation, connect one end to the connector on the back of the double cross point rail and the other end to the point switch for the connection cord (code for the electric point). (When the length of the connection cord is insufficient, please use the optional extension cord for H1553 electric point.
Connect the cord so that the green indicator light of the point switch lights when the point is switched to localization (linear direction).
(5) The double cross point is insulated at the center part, and it is electrically divided into four sections (blocks).
(6) In case of operation with one power pack, please supply power from the power pack (connect the feeder) to each of the outside line and the inside line for each of the multiple-wire endless. On a non-endless line arrangement (point-to-point = dead end line), power is supplied to 4 places on both sides of the double cloth. (When connecting feeder cords, be sure to align polarities.) (7) When operating two trains separately with two power packs, insert the [PP (power pack) selection switch] in the middle of the power supply from the power pack to the rail (feeder code) Wiring so that you can select the power pack to supply power to. (The PP selection switch connects the power supply cord from the two power packs to the IN side, and the OUT side connects the cord to the rail.)
When driving, operate the switch so that the block on the outgoing side of the train and the block on the arrival side become the same power pack. (Please refer to the manufacturer site detail page Figure 2, Figure 4. )
