[Specification of model]
- Prototype anti-cold / narrow tunnel protection cars used in the Joetsu, Shin-Etsu, and Central Eastern lines of the 181 series.
- The first car is a red belt (beard), with snow plow, short skirt. There is no upper headlamp.
- [When] [Azusa] set is the 100th generation (DT32C / TR69C truck) with the leading car and expansion 2 set being increased in 1966 (Showa 41). The other is a remodeled car (DT 23 Z / TR 58 Z) truck from the 151/161 series.
- [Asama] set is a remodeled car of only Salo 180 (TR58Z), the other is a new car (DT32C / TR69C).
- Canon motor, power with flywheel.
- Trolley with equalizing mechanism. Improve trackability to tracks.
- The intermediate coupler adopts a close-coupled TN coupler.
- [Asama] set Kuha 180 type head car side is a knuckle coupler. Can be connected with caddy couplers etc.
