- It is a free-running armored train made in Kirov factory of Leningrad in 1937.
- Initially 76.2 mm L-11 gun was carried, but it was replaced with new type of 76.2 mm F-34 with the T-34's shield during the war.
- The turret main body uses the original T - 28 for the T - 34 to increase the pedestal to match the tilt angle and equipped with a gun.
- Maxim machine guns, DT machine guns are equipped and armor thickness was 10 - 20 mm.
- It is said that it was able to run 40 tons of car body at maximum 120 km / h by M - 17 diesel engine.
