-It features a large air tank for operating the snow plow etc.
-A total of 24 cars were manufactured and used in Hokkaido, Tohoku and Niigata areas.
-Although the crew room for the pre-war production was made of wooden, it was remodeled in sequence according to Ki 721-723 manufactured after the war.

-This product is a prototype after the 1940s after the expansion of the equipment room.
