-The Othese 9500 was manufactured at the end of the Meiji period for transportation of coal from each of the Hokkaido coal mines.
-Soon after, it was renamed as the 30t product otese 11000 type by a 6t additional ton lifting and remodeling, and it was retyped again by the type title revision of 1955 and it became Seki 1 type.
-Seki 1-526 and more than 500 vehicles are registered, and it was used as the mainstay of the charcoal train with Seki 600 · 1000 and so on.
-Since the Showa 30's, the number has been reduced rapidly from the JNR, but about 100 vehicles were paid back to the coal mine railway company and used until the middle of 1955.
-The shape of the reinforcing rib of the side plate differs depending on the previous car and the late car, and there are many variations due to the difference in reinforcement added at the time of remodeling the additional weight.

-Type D is the vertical reinforcement angle of the side plate installed up to the front part, and the end plate is a unique type with a wooden lift. Even the private railways of the end remained.
