-The Bombardier Challenger 600 is a business jet manufactured by Bombardier, which first flew in 1978 and was FAA type certified in 1980.
-The design is the purchase of the Lear Star 600 plan, which was planned by Learjet in the latter half of the 1970s, and purchased by Canadia.
-On a twin-engine jet, the engines are mounted on the left and right rear of the fuselage.
-It has a swept wing main wing with a winglet at the wing tip, and a T-shaped tail is adopted as the tail.
-The Challenger is a business jet, but it has a large cabin similar to a large passenger plane, and while maintaining a comfortable environment, it has succeeded in shortening the take-off and landing distance by adopting the characteristic double slot flap.
-Improvements and production continued after Canadia was acquired by Bombardier in 1986, with a total of 630 units by 2004.
