――In 1968, the Japanese National Railways remodeled and manufactured 40 vehicles from the Tom 50000 open wagon.
――The tilt door and end plate of Tom 50000 (a private car in Hokkaido) that did not carry out the two-stage link construction were removed, and a simple modification was made so that one or two 11ft containers could be loaded.
――It was used for small-lot transportation on the Hokkaido branch line, but when the 12ft container appeared in 1971, it could not be loaded, so it was subject to early selection and disappeared in 1977.
