Product Description

--The Flycatcher is a representative carrier-capable fighter of the Royal Navy that first flew in 1922 during the interwar period.
-It was a revolutionary design at the time, equipped with full-span flaps and hydraulic brakes for onboard operation. The Flycatcher is a highly manoeuvrable and easy-to-maneuver fighter that was very popular with pilots.
--The Fleet Air Arm has developed the tactics used in later World War II with this flycatcher.
--192 aircraft were produced from 1923 to 1926.
-The kit includes a metal float, which is a feature of the late model, with new injection parts, a resin Armstrong Siddeley Jaguar IV engine and a Vickers machine gun, etching and two types of Royal Navy decals.
