--The Seal is a reconnaissance aircraft designed / manufactured by Fairey Aviation Company of the United Kingdom and used by the Royal Navy and Fleet Air Arm.
――Initially, the name was changed to Seal after the production contract was signed under the name of Fairy IIIF Mk.VI.
--Like Fairey Gordon, the seal, which was changed from the IIIF water-cooled Napier Lion engine to the Armstrong Siddeley Panther IIA air-cooled radial 14-cylinder engine, was used by the British Fleet Air Arm until 1938.
――Before World War II, all aircraft were replaced with swordfish and transferred after retiring from the front line, and engaged in patrol missions in the Indian Ocean until the middle of the war.
