Product Description

-It is [Porsche 911 (991.2) GT3 RS 2018] manufactured as a 1/18 scale handmade model car of [EIDOLON].
――This product is a model that faithfully reproduces the flagship model [Porsche 911 (991.2) GT3 RS] set for the late model of the 991 generation.

[Vehicle commentary]
--The grade name of [GT3] that was first used for the 996 type in 1999.
—— That means the FIA's GT3 category, which eliminates all comfort equipment, including the rear seats, while the engine is a dry sump naturally aspirated 3.6 liter engine derived from a GT1 vehicle, a homologation specializing in fast driving. It was a model.
――In 2003, the GT3 RS will be introduced with further weight reduction, upgrades around the brakes, and improved engine response.
――After that, GT3 / GT3 RS continues to evolve as the hardest grade of Porsche's naturally aspirated engine in line with the model change of the 911 series.
――The motif of Make Up this time is the GT3 RS, which is based on the 7th generation 911 series released in 2011, the late model of 991 type, equipped with a 4.0 liter engine that generates 520 horsepower, and the Nürburgring north course. It is also famous for running through (20.8km) in less than 7 minutes.

[Model explanation]
--As a 1/18 model of Porsche's factory stock specification 911, this 2018 model 991 late model GT3 RS will be the second release following the 2014 model 991 early model Carrera 4 GTS. ..
――Since both cars are the same 991 type, we initially sought a design in the direction of `overwriting` the features and design of the interior and exterior of GT3 RS with the prototype data of Carrera 4 GTS, but scanning the actual car of GT3 RS When compared with the data, there is almost no compatibility other than the outer shape of the windows and headlights, and the cross-sectional shape of the door is also different, so in the end we produced the prototype data with a completely new design.
――There are many points that you should pay attention to in this model, but the first is `cleanliness`.
――For example, it is more cost effective to paint black resin parts such as duct trim and front lip spoiler as an integral part of the body, but the body color part and the black part are overwhelming. It is a separate part because it is finished sharply.
――For windows, injection molded parts that fit well with the curvature of the body line are used.
――In addition, since the outer covers of the headlights and taillights are engraved with fine ribs on the inside, they are also reproduced with injection molded parts due to the high reproducibility of the details.
――The spartan interior of the GT3 RS is also attractive, but all of this is also modeled using the 3D scan data of the actual vehicle.
――You can enjoy high-resolution details both inside and outside, such as the rigid roll cage, rounded seat shape and design around the steering.
――For collectors who haven't picked up the large scale of Make Up yet, this product is the first one I would like to recommend.
