- The Toki 25000 is a 36t bogie open car with an all-steel body of which 4,500 were manufactured from 1966 to 1976 as a successor to the Toki 15000 made after the war.
- Comes with pressed steel plate tilt door and end plate, and KC type brake cylinder.
- Equipped with a lost wax TR213 bogie, and an internal letter other than the car number has been installed.

- For the final model of Toki 25000, the press structure of the side plate has been changed significantly, and the outer plate of the car body is flat, and the appearance is different from the conventional model.
- The truck has also been changed to TR213 instead of TR209.
-The product is already attached with an internal letter other than the car number, and only the car number is selectable.
- The coupler is already installed with the IMON coupler.
- The large body painted with Red No. 3 has a strong presence as a model.
