- Masterpiece 16 Series 1/80 16.5mm Gauge Metal Kit

[About the prototype]
-A commuter train of Shin-Keisei Electric Railway, which was introduced as a full model change car to replace the 8000 type in 1986 for the purpose of replacing hanging cars and improving the vehicle cooling rate, and was expanded until 1991.
- As of 2006, the line-up consisted of 12 8-car trains with a total of 96 cars, but in 2014, the two cars in the middle were removed and a 6-car train remodeling work (A train) was carried out.
- The middle car that was removed was converted into a 6-car formation (B formation) by remodeling the leading car, but this one has a single arm pantograph.
- Some trains are compatible with Keisei Electric Railway, and are equipped with inductive radio (IR) antennas, express lights, and operation number displays.
- In this project, we will model the A formation equipped with an IR antenna as a prototype with a 6-car set.
- From the nostalgic brown belt paint to the current paint color, it is a formation that suits both.
-Since 2004, the guest room door has been replaced due to aging, but the state after replacement is the prototype.
- The FS514 bogie frame will be manufactured separately.

[Kit Overview]
- It is a configuration of front lost and etched body.
- The characteristic front part is made as an integral part made by Lost.
- Rooftop cooler, cab, underfloor equipment, etc. are all made of white metal and included in the kit.
- The window glass holder on the side is a separate attachment of nickel silver parts to express it realistically.

- Power related is not included in the kit.
- The FS514 bogie frame is sold separately by Lost. WB: 26mm
- Pantographs, couplers, etc. will be specified by other companies.
