- The Panhard M3 is a series of armored personnel carriers for the export market manufactured by the French company Panhard since 1971.
- Although this vehicle was not adopted by the French military, it was widely used by military and security forces in Africa and the Middle East.
- The VDA type is equipped with a one-man rotating turret equipped with two Hispano-Suiza 20mm cannons, and the firing rate is normally 200 rounds per minute, but if the hull is fixed with outriggers, it can fire 1000 rounds per minute. .
- It is also equipped with an ESDRA-20 Doppler radar that tracks four targets within a distance of 8 km.
