Product Description

- Tiger with 3D printed parts for a more realistic finish

[About the actual car]
- One of the most powerful tanks deployed by the German army in WWII, the Tiger I was mass-produced in 1942 and was immediately deployed to the Eastern Front, where the Germans were struggling against the Soviet T-34 and KV-I tanks.
- The 502nd Tank Battalion, based near Leningrad, was the first unit to be equipped with Tiger I tanks, and they surprised the opposing Soviet forces with their power.
- However, due to the rush to deploy them, the very first models ran into some problems, forcing them to be repaired or abandoned on the battlefield.
- One of these vehicles, number 100, broke down during the battle and was abandoned and captured by the Soviets.
- It was a unique model with toolboxes attached on the left and right sides of the turret.
- The Soviets exhibited this vehicle for propaganda purposes and to study it to learn how to fight against the Tiger I.

[About the model]
- The model is a 1/35 scale reproduction of the very early German Tiger I.
- This kit includes MagicTrack tracks, an aluminum barrel, and the latest 3D printed parts to recreate the muzzle brake and engine deck grill, creating a more realistic finish.
- This is a 3-in-1 kit that allows you to choose from three types: Turret No. 100 of the 502nd Heavy Tank Battalion, which is known for its unique style with tool boxes on both sides of the turret; Turret No. 121; and a type equipped with a river fording snorkel.
- The set also includes the tool boxes on both sides of the turret that were attached to vehicle No. 100, and the Gepäckkasten for the Panzer III that was attached to vehicle No. 121.
- The characteristics of each vehicle can be reproduced.
- In addition, the version equipped with a snorkel for river crossings also comes with a cover part for the MG mount, faithfully recreating the river crossing specifications.
- Of course, the characteristics of the very early production model, such as the cupola shape and smoke dischargers, are accurately reproduced.
- Additionally, the set includes two figures of soldiers taking photos of the Tiger I, made from DS material.

[Major features]
- The engine deck grille is a new, one-piece 3D printed part.
- Set of two Bosch lights with different mounting brackets
- Mesh screen for engine deck is provided as an etched part.
- Set of 2 soldier figures to shoot
- Bonus set includes machined aluminum barrel, metal smoke grenade rack and smoke grenades
- Buckets and crew uniforms are also available as bonus parts
- The tracks are assembled using Magic Tracks
- A 3-in-1 kit that can be selected from three types: Turret No. 100 of the 502nd Heavy Tank Battalion, known for its unique style equipped with a tool box on either side of the turret, Turret No. 121, and a type equipped with a river crossing snorkel.
