- This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit of the AS42 Sahariana, a wheeled reconnaissance vehicle developed by the Italian army during World War II.

[About the actual car]
- The AS42 Sahariana was a wheeled reconnaissance vehicle developed and used by the Italian army for operations on the African front during World War II.
- Based on Autoblinda's AB40/41 4-wheeled armoured car, the chassis was fitted with a new body design.
- The open-top vehicle had a cockpit in the center of the front, and various heavy weapons could be mounted in the center of the vehicle depending on the purpose.
- The vehicle is equipped with four-wheel drive and large tires on four independent suspensions, giving it high mobility. Another feature is that it can carry a large amount of drinking water and fuel cans, including 20 cans on each side of the vehicle and four cans on each front, in anticipation of long-distance and long-term travel and activity.
- Production began in 1942. It was used not only in North Africa but also on various fronts throughout the war.

- You can choose between a Breda 20/65 Type 35 machine gun and a Da47/32 anti-tank gun.
