- Nankai Electric Railway 31000 Series Finished Product

- The Nankai 31000 series was introduced in 1999 as an additional train for the Koya Line direct express service, with one set of four cars.
- The front has three through windows and is a 17m car, like the 30000 series, to run on steep slopes on mountainous lines.
- It can also be coupled with the 11000 series and 30000 series, and is used as the "Kouya" on the Koya Line and the "Rinkan" between Namba and Hashimoto.
