Product Description

- The Flycatcher was the Royal Navy's signature carrier-based fighter, which first flew in 1922 during the interwar period.
- It was a revolutionary design for its time, with full-span flaps and hydraulic brakes for shipboard operation, and its standard landing gear could be swapped for floats so it could be launched from a catapult as well as operated on the decks of aircraft carriers.
- The Flycatcher was a popular fighter plane among pilots as it was a highly maneuverable yet highly maneuverable aircraft, with 192 produced between 1923 and 1926.
