Product Description
- It has been announced that the popular Shinkansen Doctor Yellow (JR Central) will be retired in January 2025, followed by the 500 series, which is scheduled to be retired around 2027.
- Doctor Yellow debuted in 2000, and the 500 series in 1997. Both are iconic trains that have thrived throughout the Heisei era and have garnered popularity.
- Both vehicles are expected to be featured at a depot event this autumn, and the number of Doctor Yellow ride experience tours is also expected to increase.
- As excitement is expected to continue right up until the actual retirement date, we are planning to create a memorial book that looks back on the era when the Shinkansen evolved and was in full swing.
