- The third Takao-class heavy cruiser, Maya, which is still popular due to its majestic appearance, has been made into a 1/700 scale plastic model kit in its refurbished form equipped with numerous anti-aircraft guns. With a parts configuration focused on the essentials, it is simple and easy to assemble, and can be accurately reproduced. Various equipment such as anti-aircraft guns and machine guns have been newly designed and added. It effectively expresses the precision and intricacy of the 1/700 scale.
