Product Description
In 1994, the high-performance grade RS was first introduced for Audi's flagship 4th generation 80 series. Created in collaboration with Porsche, RS stands for Renn Sport (German for racing sport), and boasted a top speed of over 260km/h, which was astounding for a station wagon at the time. The subject of Hot Wheels' new mold item is the 4th generation RS6, which is based on the A6 series station wagon (called Avant by Audi) and features a 4-liter V8 engine that generates 592 horsepower by docking a twin turbo and mild hybrid system, and has a strengthened drive system and suspension. Its top speed is 305km/h, making it as fast as a supercar. The exterior is characterized by large 21-inch wheels and fenders that are 40mm wider than the standard A6 wagon.
